Teak Deck Re Caulking & Step Replacements

This project consists of teak deck touch ups after deck sanding and step replacements. Some areas of the deck were wearing more than others and the bottom of  the groove leveled out the final sand. In those areas we deepened the groove to 8mm and recaulked to ensure a tight seal to prevent water intrusion.
