Design & Templating

A successful refit starts with precise templating. We measure your deck's geometry — including camber, curves, and drainage — and design plank layouts that match the vessel's original intent or improve upon it.

Material selection is critical: we source marine-grade teak with the right grain, moisture content, and dimensional stability for the South Florida climate.

Fabrication & Panel Construction

Planks and panels are fabricated in our Fort Lauderdale workshop under controlled conditions. We pre-assemble panels where possible to minimize on-vessel work and ensure consistent quality.

Each panel is engineered for proper drainage, seam spacing, and fastener pattern.

Installation & Finishing

The old deck is removed, the substrate inspected and repaired, and new panels installed with marine-grade adhesives and fasteners. Seams are recaulked, the deck is sanded level, and the finish is applied to your preference.
