Refit Showcase
M/Y Baca
Full Exterior Refit
The Project
Explore the craftsmanship behind Teak Techs’ completed exterior refit aboard M/Y Baca, featuring extensive teak decking work, custom marine carpentry, and practical upgrades throughout.
Our team completed a full reseam of the sun deck and bridge deck aft, along with the fabrication and installation of brand-new teak decking on the main deck aft and swim platform door.
Inside the beach club/lazarette, we raised and leveled the deck using two laminated layers of 2-inch Coosa board fitted to the existing framing. We also refitted the water sports storage closet with a custom slatwall system to keep equipment organized and easily accessible.
Additional work included custom deck tie-down points for workout equipment, a custom fire suppression deck cabinet, and numerous other improvements tailored to the vessel’s needs.
This gallery showcases the scope of the project and the attention to detail our team brings to every refit. We hope you enjoy the photos!
