Templating, Fabrication, and Installation
The replacement deck is templated on board, fabricated in our Fort Lauderdale workshop, and installed with marine-grade adhesives and fasteners. Seams are caulked and cured, the deck is sanded level, and the surface is finished for handover.

Scheduling, Yard Coordination, and Handover
A refit is a major project, and scheduling matters. We plan the work around your vessel's calendar, coordinate with the marina or shipyard on access and facility requirements, and coordinate with other trades where decks meet their scope.
